The Allentown titles we would test first

8,730

general and operations managers, about the US average per job

1,390

financial managers, 32% fewer per job than the US average

480

property and real estate managers, 37% fewer per job than the US average

What it suggests: none of these roles is more concentrated in Allentown than the US average, so the list here is built on fit with your offer rather than an unusually deep title pool.

Who else is calling Allentown buyers

The metro has 197 real estate agent and broker offices, 601 real estate locations overall. That is a lot of outreach competing for the same attention, so the first message has to be specific.

What wins: a sector-specific opener. A health care buyer should hear a problem from their own work in the first sentence.
